ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tanya J.
Miller is a certified life coach with over eighteen years’ experience working
with youth, young adults, and women throughout the community and in ministry to
pursue purpose, passion and destiny.
Tanya
holds a BBA in finance and business management from Northwood University and an
MBA from Regent University and is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
and Scrum Master.
Her
lifelong passion for writing eventually led her to start the blog Talking with Tanya in 2005. Mind Matters is her debut book.
Tanya is married and currently lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

The author Tanya begins with a warm welcome dedicating the book personally to each reader, making us feel individually special. Her vision is very positive and clear. We are never really completely alone. With God the Father and Holy Spirit who is one God. Jesus is displayed in each and every one of us. His light and glory. If we let go of darkness and empty our minds. We can enable stillness, joy and light to shine. We are not bound by chains of worry, and the mind is a powerful thing. Isn't it amazing, she reminds us, we can shut down our thoughts. Eliminate and reboot. Now, imagine the possibilities left to use brain power. You are capable of achieving your goals and dreams. Her positive energy is contagious. She sends us motivation, and reminders. Breath, and balance. This book is a great reference tool to keep on hand. Those difficult days, just read. Tanya has you believing in yourself and back on track. Being ok starts with you. I rate this book 4 stars out of 5. I think she provides great tools to clear the mind, and start refreshed.
