As a person new to juicing this was a really informative book on juicing and how it can help in aiding with your health. I love the section on what each fruit & veggie is good for and it also lets us know what vitamins/nutrients are in them. There is a section on spices to add in your juices and the benefits of each of these also. If you are looking to use juicing to cleanse this is a great book as it has a lot of information on cleansing along with a 3 & 7 day juicing detox that is laid out for exactly what you should be doing. The end of the book has tons of recipes! I also love the list of fruits & veggie that go well together to pack a powerful health benefits to some common problems like acne, constipation, fatigue, etc.
I give this book a 5 out of 5 stars for a great guide to the health benefits of juicing.
