My Thoughts: I don't even know where to begin with this book. This is a sweet romance novel. No, sex or erotica and the characters are young adults, 20-25 year olds. I have to say that is was a steady paced novel and flowed well keeping my attention. I love books that flow and are fast reads, this definitely is a fast read. I love the main character Cassandra, in the beginning of the book you are faced with finding out that Cassandra walks in on her boyfriend of 5 years in bed with the town tramp. The book then skips to a year later. There are a few main characters in the book and I feel that the author did a great job of detailing each that you really felt like you got to know them without getting lost or confused. Most of the book is told by Cassandra but near the end there is a huge event that takes place and the book is told by Logan.
Logan, ahh that is a whole other thing, the sexy, adventurous, mysterious neighbor with a young son. He likes to pick up women and sleep around not ever getting into a relationship with any of them until Cassandra. The bond that form between Cassandra and Logan is magical. She gets along great with his family and son and is able to get past Logan's "sexy" ways and gets to really know Logan and becomes friends with him.
The book ends in a cliff hanger but also had me in tears. I really enjoyed this book and the light writing of Angela Graham. I look forward to the next book and finding out what happens between Logan and Cassandra.
