For as long as I can remember I have always had a cat. Even in college, my roommate had two cats and one would spend most of his time in my room or hanging out with me. We actually have two cats right now, Marty and Lily.
Finding the right kind of cat litter for our cats has been a process. We have a male and a female, we used to have three cats and one litter box in a small house. I also do not do well with litter that is dusty when changing the box or even when the cat has just used the box.

I found this cat litter to be low dust but it does have a slight fragrance that seems to be activated each time our kitties use the litter box. At first I wasn't too sure about the scent of the litter. We have used Arm & Hammer cat little in the past. To be totally honest we use a lot of Church & Dwight products in our home and love them all, but the big okay that doesn't describe it, the GIANT box of litter that arrived at my doorstep had a off smell. Nothing my husband and I wanted to have in the house. So I pondered over the litter, yes litter and went out to the store and bought another box of the Ultra Last litter to try again. This time around the fragrance was much better and we decided we like the smell of it. Funny maybe it was changed or it was an off box.
I find I can scoop the box every couple days or wait about 4-5 before it begins to smell like a cat box. This is awesome as we are a busy house and don't always remember to scoop or change the box daily. We continue to use the Arm & Hammer Ultra Last because it works for our kitty cats and our family.
