Better late than never right? Here is our menu plan for the week of March 26th - April 1, 2012.
Monday - Fish, Rice and Ceaser Salad
Tuesday - Pizza and cut up veggies
Wednesday - Kettle Cuisine soups and sandwiches (Review coming soon)
Thursday -Cheesey Rice with Broccoli and Pork chops (The Mom 100 Cookbook pg 246)
Friday - Potato Pancakes (The Mom 100 Cookbook pg 255), Chicken Fingers (pg 111) and Roasted Asparagus (pg 262)
Saturday - Hubby cooks - likely BBQ
Sunday - Hubby cooks - again likely BBQ
Lots of baking is also on the menu as we have a couple great books we are reviewing! One is a fun children's book and the other is an allergy free baking book for kids.
