Happy Two Months to Marvelous Mommy Meals!
Sorry for the late post this week. I have been sick with a head cold and haven't been able to concentrate on getting my meal plan completed. I didn't get a chance to make the desserts last week but did pass the Rice Pudding recipe along to my mom. I will see how they like it and let you know. I still hope to make it soon.
Today the kids are off at school and I am hoping to get a lot of house work, blogging and get on the Wii today. I just picked up the new Zumba game for the Wii wow is it a good workout! Now to get on it at least 3 times a week.
Monday - Chicken Parmesan from Maple Leaf Foods over pasta with garlic bread and coleslaw.
Tuesday - Italian Style Beef Hamburger Soup
Wednesday - Harvest Chops from Life's on Fire Cooking for the Rushed pg 96
Thursday -Mom's Pasta Fagiole
Friday - Tacos with coleslaw
Saturday - Chicken Stir-fry with Rice and veggies
Sunday - Cowboy Ground Beef and Bean Casserole
Snacks - Banana Cream pie (ET TU kit)
