Swiss Naturals Vitamin Review + Giveaway!

We try to make sure our children get enough sleep, eat healthy and are active but what about Mom and Dad? Mom and Dad need to look after themselves also. Sleep, healthy eating and exercise keep us heading in the right direction to better health. Another way to keep your body healthy are vitamins, minerals and supplements.

Do you take vitamins? I started taking vitamins regularly about two years ago. Before that I didn't take much in the line of vitamins except in 2005 when I found out that green tea capsules help with weight management. They were my new best friend and truly did help me reach my weight goal.

I would like to introduce you to a great Canadian company that makes a wide variety of vitamins. Swiss Natural was founded in 1965! One of the first companies to sell herbs and vitamins in Canada. Rolf Zimmermann, who arrived in Canada from Germany in 1952 had a dream which turned into Swiss Natural. The company started with only 40 imported products in 1965 and has grown to an extensive line-up of over 400 vitamins, minerals and supplements. Did you know there where that many to have? I didn't, until reading more about the Swiss Natural company.

With tons of vitamins, minerals and supplements to chose from I thought I would tell you about the Multi-vitamin line called Total One.

My thoughts: Swiss Natural sent me a variety of vitamins to try. I decided to start with the Total One Women and then will try the others which include B12, 6 and Probiotic Age. The multi-vitamin is really easy to take. I am not a fan of vitamins as they are usually hard to swallow or taste chalky if you leave it too long in your mouth. These are not at all hard to shallow and you take two a day! They don't taste like chalk either if it sits in your mouth too long. I am looking forward to trying out the B12,6 and folic acid, they are chewable tiny cherry tablets. They smell pretty good for a vitamin. I have been feeling pretty good since taking these. I will continue through the fall/winter for sure.

The kids cracked open their new bottle of Kids Chewable Vitamin D3 orange. They are not a fan of "regular" type vitamins instead like the gummy ones. I was surprised we didn't have a problem getting them to try these ones. They even said they taste good! They do smell good.
